Description
Our popular “Matanuska Getaway” gets you out of Anchorage quick, and out on an Alaskan adventure tour. Skip the rental cars and hotels in Anchorage, we have you covered for your transportation and amenity needs. We’ll take care of everything for three days and two nights that will consist of hiking, glacier exploring, rafting, and an ATV tour
Includes Luxury Camping. The Matanuska Getaway is great for couples or small families. Packages includes Mountain View Tents at Alpenglow Luxury Camping with one Queen bed per tent.

This trip is offered as a custom, semi-private adventure
Our trips are custom, planned just for you. And these tours are somewhat private, so you’re not in a crowd. You’ll have your personal Guide for the duration of the trip but will at times be joining others for some of the activities. For example, whitewater rafting will be with one of our partner operators and there will be other guests on that adventure. At Alpenglow Luxury Camping you’ll meet other guests but will have privacy at your tent and in reserved times for the hot tub. We’d be happy to talk with you more about the private nature of our trips.
